A cold Minsk night

This is my first visit to Minsk, however I can tell with confidence that Minsk is a city with its own characteristics. OK, let’s start from the beginning.

Minsk Airport is a small one with so many Tupolevs and Antonovs on the ground. If you are a visitor you have to buy the Obligatory Medical Insurance at the airport before going for the passport check. You need to pay roughly $1 for each day of your visit. Continue reading…
